## What it does

Reconciles bounded 2026 US-federal Form 1099-K box 1a summaries against opaque ledger rows. Callers declare whether the ledger is gross-sales or net-settlement basis, a finite comparison policy, and explicit signed arithmetic adjustments such as fees or refunds.

Results can be COMPLETE, REVIEW, CONFLICT, or UNKNOWN. A determinate DELTA can exist inside a COMPLETE result. A delta is not underreported income and does not prove a Form 1099-K is wrong.

## Billing

Only a fresh, validated COMPLETE result is chargeable. REVIEW, CONFLICT, UNKNOWN, stale snapshot replay, invalid, oversize, arithmetic-overflow, evidence-unavailable, storage and delivery failures are no-charge.

## Privacy and boundaries

Use opaque IDs, integer-cent amounts, 2026 dates, caller-supplied Form 1099-K box 1a summaries, a finite declarative mapping policy, and explicit adjustments. Do not send raw tax forms, names, TINs, account or routing numbers, bank feeds, credentials, arbitrary URLs, source documents, or executable policy expressions.

A byte-identical replay returned the same order and response body with no second payment response, settlement, authorization, or re-execution.
