Hash semantics

byteContract=raw-content-encoded-body. PennyBot requests Accept-Encoding: identity and hashes the response-body bytes delivered by the HTTP client without application-level decompression. Maximum body 1,000,000 bytes. Maximum 3 redirects. One 7-second fetch deadline. Ports 80/443 only.
